'The Grandchester Railway Station was built in 1866 and is the oldest station in Queensland and is listed by the National Trust. The colonial style building served as the station master's residence.' (Information taken from: Grandchester State School, 2000, retrieved 10 January 2003, from <http://www.grandchess.qld.edu.au/local.htm>). Two steam engines at Grandchester Railway Station, around 1884.
